Wasatch Tours, Inc. Referral Program Fly Free Stay Free!

Group Leaders

Group Leaders play an important role in helping us promote tours to potential travelers. Your efforts in marketing and our unique travel products are also a fun and fast way for you to earn extra income and/or vacation privileges such as Fly Free Stay Free.

How it works

We need to fill our seats and if you help us do that we will reward you with a free trip to Hawaii by paying for your Airfare and Hotel. We will give you $63 off your package price for each person you refer that signs up for the tour. If you refer 2 people then that is a $126 discount for you or you may share it with your friends, it's up to you.

Currently we have a trip planned with an September, 2009 departure. More weeks can be added if enough interest is generated. If you referred a second group of 10 then you could earn airfare and hotel for a second person or a second week for yourself! As a group Organizer or referrer for the escorted tour you only pay for the organized activities at our cost. This is a great way to get out of town with very little money. You refer them to us and pack your bags!

All you need to do is refer them to us and you keep track of whom you refer. Send your referrals to www.wasatchtours.net/hawaii2008 or they/you can call us at 435-602-9751 local and 866-736-7325 toll-free. Make sure they mention your name.

Fund Raisers and Charities

Are you looking for an innovative and unique way to raise money for your charity or organization? We can create custom packages or you can use our pre-made tours such as this year's Destination Oahu trip. For more information please give us a call at 866-736-7325 or email us at customerservice@wasatchtours.net

Who qualify's as a group?

A "group" is any group of ten (10) people, either separately, an organization or club etc. that pays the full discounted rate of the tour.

  • School/Student Travel

Tips on Organizing a Group

We are all members of groups; by birth, by association and by common interest. The following are ideas of where you might find a group:

  • Organizations: Retirees, churches, alumni, PTA, charities
  • Clubs: Bridge Groups, health clubs, choirs, banks
  • Special Interest: Golf, Biking, Bowling, Religious Shrines, Women Only
  • Family Groups: Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Reunions
  • Business Groups: Company Meetings, new product launch, Incentive
  • Charity and Fundraiser groups.

I Have a Group "What Next"?

Now that you have your group, schedule a group meeting. Make it a social event by having everyone bring snacks and drinks. You are the group coordinator so be ready for the many details you will be faced with. The following are some ideas that you with want to discuss with your group:

  • How long do you want you tour, cruise or vacation to last?
  • What dates are possible travel dates? It is wise to have more than one date available.
  • The Itinerary - where do you want to visit, what countries?
  • What is your budget?
  • How many people are interested?  How many children?
  • Does anyone in the group need handicapped arrangements?
  • Do you have anyone in the group that is not a U.S. citizen?
  • Will anyone be traveling as a single?

Your travel specialist will be asking the questions that are listed above so once you have a general idea of the basics of your group call our travel specialists' at 1-866-736-7325 to begin getting prices and discuss the particulars. As an extra service we will even provide you with planning materials, a web page dedicated to your group to get the word out, and any other informational flyers or promotions materials you may need.
